SMobile Systems Cellphone Security Software will still NOT install on my new Verizon Blackberry 8830.
SMobile Systems Tech Support (Sarah) says they have 10,000 Verizon Blackberry 8830 customers successfully running their software. They have had only one other customer who could not install SMobile Systems Security software on their Verizon Blackberry 8830.
Why won't security software install on my Verizon 8830?
Malicious software disables existing anti virus software and prevents new security software from being installed, that's how they survive and spread.
Verizon Will NOT Help
Technical Representatives at Verizon Corporate Stores in Atlanta and Washington DC say they know nothing about cellphone stalking / spyware and will NOT assist. I am not getting the service I am paying for.

SMobile systems says they have 10,000 Verizon 8830 Blackberrys successfully using their software and have had only ONE other circumstance where it would not install.
Joy at SMobile Systems says "It must be something in the network" which has us wondering if my cellphones have been installed on some sort of alternate services.
I am NOT getting the Verizon service I have been paying for.
